Although the daytime heat still lingers, with the autumn equinox, we are beginning to feel the signs of autumn in the mornings and evenings. TSAI & YOSHIKAWA will be participating in "Roppongi Art Night 2024," which will take place over three days from September 27 to 29 this weekend.
This year's Roppongi Art Night introduces two new initiatives: "RAN Picks" and "RAN Focus." "RAN Picks" is a program that selects six groups of artists, both domestic and international, who are active in the art scene and are highlighted by Roppongi Art Night. This program features impressive works, including installations that make brilliant use of light in the night and large-scale works with powerful impact—hallmarks of Roppongi Art Night.
The other initiative is "RAN Focus," which concentrates on the art of a specific region. This year, the focus is on Taiwanese artists, with seven groups being selected.
TSAI & YOSHIKAWA have been chosen to participate in both the "RAN Picks" and "RAN Focus" programs. Their works will be exhibited in the R02 area near the Mori Tower, where the Mori Art Museum is located.
During the three-day event, there will be a total of 30 groups and approximately 40 programs scheduled. From internationally acclaimed works to interactive performances that visitors can enjoy, "Roppongi Art Night 2024" promises to be a dynamic intersection of diverse cultures and creativity. We hope you look forward to it!
